Our Founder
Martha Hage, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Founder of Clinical Horizons
Martha has been active in the social work field since 2009, earning her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Georgia. In 2016, she became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, recognizing the profound value of supervision from her own licensure journey. Her extensive background spans various clinical and community settings, including hospice care, transitional housing, domestic violence support, and services for homeless and low-income populations.
Specializing in advance care planning during her tenure in end-of-life care, Martha supervised a compassionate and skilled social work team. Her dedication led to the publication of an article focusing on values-based conversations with clients regarding their healthcare wishes. Inspired by the transformative power of supervision, she founded Clinical Horizons to guide and support social workers on their paths to licensure and professional growth.
Our Clinician
Christina Potter, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
As an MSW graduate in 2009, Christina has nearly 17 years of experience in the field and almost 5 years as an LCSW. Her experience includes school social work, hospice, mental health, mobile crisis, family therapy, and foster care just to name a few. Christina is passionate, empathetic, and will be your biggest advocate and cheerleader, as you navigate licensure. Ethics and self-care are important to her and will be part of most supervision sessions.
At Clinical Horizons, we are committed to providing the guidance, education, and support you need to achieve your professional goals. Our team is here to walk with you every step of the way.
